What Special Education Includes
Special education provides specially designed instruction and related services for eligible students whose needs require accommodations or modifications beyond the regular instructional program.
Services are designed to meet each student’s unique needs in the least restrictive educational environment.
Child Find
- District services support eligible students ages 5-21.
- South Coast ESD supports children from birth through age 5.
- For children under 5, contact SCESD: 541-266-4025.
- Families may contact their home school or the district office to begin referral conversations.
