On Highway 101, go through the last stoplight in town, then turn left on Longwood Drive. Highland is approximately one-half mile on the right side of the street.

From the North

On Highway 101, turn right at the first street prior to the traffic light on Longwood. Highland Pool is approximately one-half mile on the right side of the street.

Summer Swim Lessons

Two-week sessions run Monday through Thursday. Space is limited, each swimmer must provide their own goggles, and registration is handled by phone.

Elementary School Swim Class

Highland Elementary School is lucky to have access to a full-size swimming pool with four swim instructors to teach students in kindergarten through 6th grade how to swim and feel comfortable in and around water.

Lap Swim, Recreation & Aqua-cise

Adults can use the pool for lap swim, recreation swim, and low-impact aqua-cise classes throughout the week. Lower Umpqua Hospital therapy time is also listed in the weekly schedule.

Lap/Recreation Swim

Monday-Friday morning, midday, and evening blocks, plus Saturday morning to early afternoon.

Aqua-cise Classes

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, with evening classes Monday and Friday.
