Oregon law requires that all students enrolled in public schools be up-to-date on their immunizations unless a valid medical or nonmedical exemption is filed.

• Polio
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Varicella (Chickenpox)

Each year, Reedsport School District reports immunization compliance to the Oregon Health Authority. Families can view current reports below:

Exemptions

Families wishing to file a nonmedical exemption must complete an online education module at healthoregon.org/vaccineexemption and submit the certificate to the school office.
