RCCS welcomes community organizations, youth groups, and civic programs to apply for use of our facilities, including classrooms, the gymnasium, and cafeteria. Use of school spaces outside of instructional hours must comply with district policy and include an approved agreement.

Available Facilities

• Gymnasium (full or half court)
• Cafeteria and kitchen
• Classrooms or library space
• Outdoor fields and athletic areas (seasonal availability)

Scheduling Process

1. Download and complete the RCCS Facilities Use Agreement form
2. Submit the form to the RCCS office at least two weeks prior to the requested date
3. Receive confirmation and any applicable guidelines or conditions of use

Guidelines for Use

• Adult supervision is required for youth groups
• No alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances permitted
• All groups are responsible for clean-up and any damage incurred
