School Board Election Filing Guide
Interested in serving on the Reedsport School Board?
School board members are volunteers elected by the community to help shape district policy and guide the future of our schools.
Eligibility
- Must be a registered voter in the district
- Must have lived in the district for at least one year
- Must not be an employee of the school district
How to File
- Visit the Oregon Secretary of State Elections Division
- Download the candidate filing packet
- Submit your completed forms to the Douglas County Clerk’s Office by the deadline
Important Dates
- Filing Opens: February 1, 2025
- Filing Deadline: March 21, 2025
- Election Date: May 20, 2025
